Well, it's not Texans football, but it is Houston-related football (er, futbol) of one form or another.  At 8 o'clock tonight on ESPN, your Houston Dynamo take on the L.A. Beckham Galaxy, with the winner taking the 2011 MLS Cup.  Should the Dynamo win, it would be their third title (first since 2007) and would give them a 3-0 record in MLS Finals.  It would also move them within one title of tying D.C. United for the most MLS Cups ever.

(Here's where some of you make some jokes about soccer or whatever.  You are hilarious.  We are all amazed at your wit.  Or we would be, if we weren't more concerned with watching the only Houston team to win a title since I graduated high school in 1996.  (Random note: There were 20 people in my senior class, and it was a public school.  I've never met anyone with a lower total.)

Anywho . . . here's your Open Thread to discuss tonight's performance of the erstwhile Houston 1836.  For additional coverage --- and, most likely, more intelligent discussion of the intricacies of tonight's tilt --- feel free to hit up SBN's Dynamo Theory.
