The best RB in the NFL, in conjunction with Muscle Prodigy, has released a workout/diet app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The videos, bells and whistles on this thing are pretty amazing. If you've got $1.99 lying around, I'd recommend it. Arian would download your app if you had one, you know.
