The best RB in the NFL, in conjunction with Muscle Prodigy, has released a workout/diet app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The videos, bells and whistles on this thing are pretty amazing. If you've got $1.99 lying around, I'd recommend it.

What will the app do?
I bought a new droid last week so I’m not that familiar with apps yet. I go to BRB with my browser and I can read everything fine, so what will the app offer that the browser doesn’t?
