Hi Guys,

I'm sure you will have seen this if you have seen the news in the past 24 hours. 

I just thought I'd let you all know that I'm still alive and well.  Also, some of my extended family and good friends who live there have been in contact and are alive and well.

The only person I haven't been able to contact is my Football Coach friend, Rhys Dacre.  He played in Washington during his college years and coached in Colorado at College level and in the Arena League for a few years as a QB coach.

A good friend of mine is alive and well, but I have just learnt that his ex-wife and mother of his two children is among the missing.
