By 7 p.m. CDT tonight, I'd like Patrick D. Starr to submit his choice for the first overall pick of the 2011 BRB Mock Draft, on behalf of the Carolina Panthers, to me via e-mail. In addition to the pick, I'd appreciate it if he could give me a brief analysis of why he took who he took. "Brief analysis" is in the eye of the beholder, but I think anything ranging from a few sentences to a couple of paragraphs should suffice.

If all goes according to plan, I'll publish the Panthers' pick by 10 a.m. CDT tomorrow. At that time, La Voz, as the Denver Broncos, will officially be on the clock. His pick will be due to me, along with the aforementioned brief explanation of why he selected who he selected, by noon CDT, and I'll publish the Broncos' pick by 4 p.m. CDT.
