Top 5 MOMENTS of our 2010 season

Check me out

Although the 2010 season was an overall disaster, there WERE a few good times and great outcomes from our latest campaign. I was taking down my 2010 schedule off my corkboard at work and decided to make a quick list of positives from the season.

#5 - The Ravens game was an awesome game to watch and we put on a quite an offensive performance in the closing minutes to tie the game. I believe it was two 90+ yd drives for two touchdowns, not to mention an 80 yd drive for a TD to end the 2nd half. Schaub threw for almost 400yds and 3 TDs, unfortunately he also had 2 picks, one of which to cost us the game. All in all we fell short but this was a fun game to watch, especially the Quin vs Boldin matchup that became very personal it looked like, and whats great for us is that Quin NEVER backed down and made some great plays in the 2nd half. This game really up'ed his confidence along with the Tits game.

#4 - The Washington game was SO much fun to watch. Sure there were times I got super pissed at our offensive approach in the 1st half and our complete lack of defense (it was still early), but in the end our O stepped up. One man in particular, Andre Johnson, had the entire other team looking at him and he STILL made play after play to scratch out a victory on the road on 4th and SUPER long in the closing seconds.

#3 - In week  we took on a rolling Chiefs team @ home and it turned out to be a good one. The game was an offensive clinic, where each team was able to easily move the football resulting in both teams combing for nine 60+ yd scoring drives and Dwayne Bowe got a huge confidence boost by by way of the Texans secondary. At the end of this one, Texans fans were left feeling out coached, out-smarted and out-played for the most part but still holding on for a HUGE win to push us to 4-2 on the season.

#2 - These ARE ranked in an order of greatness and few things could be greater than coming out of the long offseason/preseason and kicking it off with a MONSTER win against the Colts @ home. It wasnt just a win, we destroyed the Indy squad and got to see a star in the making as Arian Foster was bustin out to the second level early and often all game long. I cant describe the feelings of joy I had after this teaser was over and although things faded for our squad, it was games like this that showed how much talent we really do have.

#1 - Oh how so so sweet it was. The game was already testy and I could almost feel something was about to go down. Then, in real time, I decided to tune into the Andre/Finnegan matchup to see how fierce things were getting. Next thing I know they re jamming the shit out of each other. Andre got the last shove and Finnegan stared off into space acting like he was "keepin his cool" or some shit as 'Dre strolled back to the huddle and considered ways the punish this little bitch. I stood up and said "Damn things just got a little crunk over there w Andre and the fag.." and so we ALL tuned into the next play only to see one of the most amazing sights anybody could ever see:

It was TRULY, truly amazing and It was DEF the highlight of last season. If you have any comments or other sweet ass memories from this past year, then drop in and put your two cents. Just please no TLDRs or bitching about how this is stupid bc its just for fun and to pass some time before the draft. So no asshole trolls allowed!
