Isn't Robert Quinn going to be a 4-3 DE and not an OLB in STL?

I’m sure they run a 4-3.

No matter how bad it gets,I will believe.It's the only thing I have left for the Texans.

Re-read the article he says he is rating the top DE's from the draft

and whether or not they will fit in the 4-3 or 3-4, He likes Quinn as a 4-3 DE and rates him pretty high, Says he is unsure if Smith will be a good 3-4 OLB but thinks he is really talented just not the right position for him.
