To Those Who Have Served Or Serve In The Military: Thank You
From all of us here at BRB, we send our deepest appreciation to all those who made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as all of those who have served or are currently serving our country. Your noble efforts make it possible for morons like us to spend entirely too much time and energy debating the ins and outs of a certain NFL team that hails from Space City, Texas.
This is one of those instances where words, no matter how true and grateful, are never enough. Nevertheless, thank you.

It means a lot when people appreciate us. I just recently completed my 4 year commitment in the Air Force and it really does help knowing that people appreciate everything we do.

No matter what you think of the policies, it’s good to know that everyone still knows we’re all on the same team. First class, Tim.

As an avowed pacifist I appreciate you guys/gals protecting my right to be such (and no, I’m not being sarcastic)

Ditto to the Post!
We seem to take a lot for granted.
We should all go out of our way to say thanks to someone who has served and pay respect to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Thank you to all who have served and are serving.
We greatly appreciate your contributions and sacrifices for this country.
Thanks, and the sad thing is
The whole time I was in the Army I never meet a single Texans fan, really no wonder considering how they always played, but thank you for actually posting about it. It means a lot to those of us who have heard from the anti-military.
I LOVE COOKING WITH BEER. Sometimes I even put it in the food. Proud to say it, I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other. WHAT?!?!

I met a guy
who likes the Texans as much as I do. I didn’t know what to do, so I went with, “Let me by you a beer, friend.”

That's shocking
I was made fun of by most of my friends when I was in because I refused to move from the Texans, hell if I did ever meet anyone else as a diehard Texans fan as I am, I would’ve bought em a keg.

It was hard for me too
When I was in the Army, a whole lot of my buddies were from Massachusetts and it was when the Patriots basically owned the league. Not easy to be a Texans fan in that crowd.

Amen, Tim.
Very well said. Too often the sacrifice of vets and their families goes unrewarded and unnoticed. May we try harder to always appreciate and take better care of them. Thank you vets.
