Wow really Tim

David anderson, over Bernad, and Okoye? You crazy for that one. The rest was pretty good.

I Stand By It

I believe what Pollard and Okoye brought to the table will be far more easily replaced than DA’s knack for making timely receptions (and I think DA was underused last year to boot).

Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

i too agree he was not used like he could have been last year.

It pretty much boil down to how much he was getting paid, compared to the young guys coming in. I have to disagree on Pollard being easier to replace to DA. I mean you can find any 4th string WR to make you laugh and joke around.

True, but you can also find any street free agent Safety with no apparent coverage skills.

Can We Agree

That Quin or D. Manning (whoever you want to say is replacing Pollard at SS) is a clear and substantial upgrade over Pollard?

If so, I think you’d also have to agree that there’s no surefire upgrade at WR4. We hope Dickerson or someone else will be, but it’s nowhere as clear cut as it is at SS.

And, what of young Timobi?

Maybe he was simply a poor fit, for our new scheme?

For Wade To Get Rid Of Him As Quickly As He Did

Probably means he just didn’t think Amobi could or would succeed in the new scheme.

Or he just doesn’t think Amobi is a very good professional football player.
