PrintAs the official BRB buzzkill, I think it's important to keep a couple of factors into consideration when thinking about the first half against the 49ers. First, it's the 49ers. Secondly, we're doing a lot of damage using starters against at least partial backups. And it's the preseason.
Yet, your JUGGERNAUT has allowed just 50 net yards, has two interceptions (I think we'll be suspended for that or something), collected two sacks, and we've generally been "all up in that," as the kids say, all game.
Of course, the big question is Arian Foster's health. That's kind of important.

I'm on the same page...
But I’m glad we made some glaring mistakes, to be honest. No one wants to be perfect all preseason then start making mistakes in game one. I’d like to make them, and address them now. Defense won this game, which is very… weird. For us at least. The thing is, if we had made those kind of mistakes against any other team, it might have cost us the game.
