Tim Bulman Re-Signed, Roc Carmichael IRed
Via Rotoworld. With DE depth a concern, bringing Bulman back isn't a surprise. Stashing Roc on IR is a good front office move with the Practice Squad already full.

wait, what?
Tim Bulman. Wasn’t he waived? How is this a good move by the FO? Getting waived means another team could have picked him up. Am I wrong? Now they want him? Isn’t this a “lucky” move?
I didn't do anything wrong!.... and, I won't do it again.

now I need a LOST timeline because I am really not understanding this
Much like LOST I suppose I don’t need to understand. Perhaps I’m being too logical. Waive Hartmann, re-sign Hartmann. Waive Bulman, re-sign Bulman. Am I the only one who thinks the Man In Black is evil and he’s Locke?

Did Locke finally turn out to be evil?
I watched it to the end, but once the plot turned to the island being eternity’s waiting room, I kinda’ erased a lot of the details from my head.
Hint to ABC: Don’t start a series without knowing what the story arc is going to be…

Seems pretty simple to me.
Not impressed with Hartmann. Cut him. Decide Maynard doesn’t work. Resign Hartmann.
Need to make room on the roster. Cut Bulman. Decide Roc isn’t going to contribute this year. Stash him on IR. Resign Bulman.
MY GOD IT’S LIKE ASTROPHYSICS!

A good day
From what little I’ve seen of his quote, Roc doesn’t appear to be, shall we say….of Demeco’s intellect. Or to put another way, Jakespeare has company on the bottom of the pyramid. So, no loss there.
The Bulman thing is different. I like the guy (as I like all bottom-round and undrafted guys) and he is known for his effort. But as a near-starter in the rotation last year, he barely made the team this year. That says a lot about how much better we are. Nice to have him back, I hope he can get in the rotation and play well.
As for David Anderson, same story: underdog, not physically gifter, hard worker, good character. so it is nice to see him back. He also has the benefit of his last name. Every time he catches a ball, I hear Agent Smith saying “Mr. Anderson.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YC7TMi0l68

As I remember it...
Bulman give good interview… So the Texans PR department may have stomped up to Rick’s office and said “Look, we understand that winning games is important and sh** but you gotta’ get us some SOUND BITES!”
Hence the return of Mr. Bulman and Mr. Anderson…

Esp
Most saw this coming but I don’t understand this administrations fascination with Nading and Bulman who are fringe NFL players. I guess it’s kinda like people voting for Obama to show they weren’t racist… Rick Smith has some sort of internal quota to meet.
It's Our Time.... or something...

I actually kind of see it
These are guys who always bust their butts and actually play above their ability, even though their best is a little below NFL average. They are “blue collar” guys whose efforts inspire other players.
Or something like that.

yes, so let's eff his life up for a week and waive the bastard
Only to show him how much we appreciate his work ethic and re-sign the bastard back
