Raiders Offer Greg Knapp Offensive Coordinator Job

New Raiders head coach Dennis Allen knows who he wants as his offensive coordinator: Greg Knapp. Knapp, who currently serves as the Texans’ quarterbacks coach, was offered Oakland’s offensive coordinator position, Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com is reporting. If Knapp takes the job it won’t be the first time: He was also the Raiders’ offensive coordinator in 2007 and 2008. He has also been the offensive coordinator of the 49ers, Falcons and Seahawks in other NFL stints, and he and Allen were on the same coaching staff in Atlanta.
