If the noon CST games were the salad, I suppose that makes the 3 p.m. CST/3:25 p.m. CST the soup. Or some sort of heated appetizer. I don't know. What am I, French? The Irish three-course meal is beer, whiskey, and potatoes. If there's a fourth course, it's beewhiskey for dessert.
