Let me go ahead and say this

Not a regular poster but decided to post since I don't like what's going to happen next. First the long time blog commenters will come out and say that "we should not panic", that it's "time to put down the bleach" and "time to step off the ledge". And then they will say that "this is a 12-4 team".

But then again, if loosing last 3 out of 4 is not the time to panic, I don't know when it is. Maybe we should wait till next week when we are knocked off?

Obviously Schaub is not the answer. He was OK when everyone else sucked(2008-2010), but once the others started becoming good he has now slowly become the weak link on this team. More than the skill (and the weak arm) it's his temprament. He gets the deer in the head-lights look whenever we are in a big game and starts making stupid mistakes. It's almost as if, he is, scared? But with the contract extension we gave I don't think we will get rid of him just yet. Maybe we shore up the Oline and hope everything gets back to normal next year? In the mean time we must get a good QB of the future. If the coaching staff thinks that that's TJ, fine. But if they are not sure, lets get our sleves that player, now, while Schaub is still serviceable. Maybe that's Kirk Cousins, maybe it's Matt Flynn or maybe it's some one from the draft. We must act now and not wait till we go on a loosing season.

Secondly we must get rid of our ST coach. Players who were junk here are going to the pro-bowl on other teams. So obviously it's not a skill problem but is a coaching problem.

Thirdly, how about getting us a good NT. Teams seem to be running at will on us down the middle. With a good NT in place maybe even JJ would become more effective (if that is even possible) lol

Next light a fire under Kubiak and Wade. They seem to have lost a lot of the spark they had last year and earlier this year. None of the key players are injured (apart from cushing) so we can't blame these putrid offensive and defensive performances on that.

It's one thing to sail in the dark and another to sail at a iceberg plain in sight and approaching thinking that everything will magically turn out to be right somehow...
