Some unsual tools help Andre rebound

There are many reasons why I have mad respect for Andre. I just enjoy the way he plays the game. The fact that he could have left for a contender when our defense was no better than a slice of swiss chesse. {Frank Bush anyone} He stuck with us though, and let his plays do the talking. While our beloved number Eighty hasn't played a full season since 2009. I figured I would offer some tools to help The Natrual stay limber and healthy for this upcoming season. WARNING This artcle may include shameless plugs for the Lake Houston YMCA, Orange wheelchairs, and Muscle relaxants. You have been warned.

Yoga Classes: While at times these excercises sound absurd.{ Downward facing dog anyone} Yoga is actually a good way to stretch and stay limber. The only negative the potential for extreme flatus exposion nothing like a hot chick ripping one right by your nose to make you want to stop doing yoga . If you want to follow your nose contact your local YMCA like the one in Lake Houston.

Baclofen: Doctors have been describing this muscle relaxant to people with Cerebal Palsy/tight muscles for years

It's like sunshine and ninjas to me it helps move around in my orange wheelchair alot. Only negative if ADD medications is on the PED's list this one has to be on there.

Aqua-Therapy: I can fully reccomend this big time Andre nothing like walking the lanes in a swimming pool to strengthen the hamstrings and ankles. I've been doing aqua-therapy for two years. Only minor negative I can think of is some minor soreness after the first few sessions.

So yeah that's what I got and while Andre most likely has access to all of that and more. I feel like a kid writing Santa and I'm trying to tell Santa how to deliver presents. This artcle is kind of silly but I'm gonna post it anyway .

Feel free to rant rave and comment at will fellow BRB's
