So this is my second year doing a PPR league and it's been difficult to get some decent PPR rankings from some of the sites I normally visit. Now I know it's all speculation and half of the "experts" out there could compete in the fantasy football special olympics (I just saw one rank Brees at #7 for QBs), but I thought I might go to some of the g
reatest football minds most opinionated people I know, and find out where they go for fantasy football information.
So how about it? What sites do you use for information, and (since we're talking fantasy football anyways) what sites do you have teams/leagues on?
I've got a yahoo league and an ESPN league. I've used yahoo, ESPN and cbs sports to help start my draft list. I typically run multiple mock drafts on one or more sites to see what others do (although it never fails that someone will draft a kicker in the second round and kill it for me). Then I take all that data, create a prelim list, and typically ignore most of it come draft day.
Bonus question: I've got 5th pick, PPR league, 8 teams...would you take Brees/Rodgers/Brady if one of them were available? Typically I pick up a QB around the 6th round but it's tempting to pick up one of these guys then a RB in round 2 after 6 more picks are gone.
Side note: anyone notice how Foster suddenly cares about FF? He posts links about it from time to time on his FB page. Gee, money talks and you're suddenly interested.
