I'm sick and tired of all this talk about the refs. Decision has been made about the Monday night game, the replacements will still be around come Sunday, let's move to a different topic. What's that topic? How about our freaking 3-0, #1 in the AFC, Houston Texans?
I'm still not comfortable with the success they've had so far. It feels too good to be true. When will it all fall apart? Hopefully it won't, but I won't be able to breathe easy until Schaub and AJ are raising that trophy and tears are streaming down my cheeks (yes, I will cry...so will you, admit it).
So many, many people put in their best guesses before the season began as far as the team's final record for this year. Now that we're 3 weeks into the season, anyone want to post an updated record? So many teams that looked unbeatable suddenly seam pedestrian, and teams like KC suddenly are playing for #1 in their division this Sunday (Which reminds me, we didn't Eric Winston's radio contract move with him to KC? Automatic dial changer for me.).
So here's a chance for my first fanpost on this new (and slightly unstable) BRB layout, and what could be your first chance at commenting on said new layout.
My original guess was 11-5 (not sure if I ever posted it though). My new guess: 13-3. With a loss in the last 2 weeks out of a lack of focus.
I will say, however, that I LOVE that the Texans made so many mistakes late in the last game. No reason for cockiness going against a division rival this Sunday. Total motivation to completely dominate them and prove how good they can be.
