This is just for fun.
We are all very excited about the upcoming Texans/Patriots games and there are several "armchair quarterbacks", myself included, are tediously game planning away as Sunday draws closer. To relieve a little stress, let's have some fun. As football fans we all have opinions. Some are more educated than others, that's a given. So, it is safe to say that we will not always agree. One thing that most agree on is that Vince Young and Tim Tebow are not NFL quality quarterbacks. So, with that in mind, which one is/was better?
Here’s a brief look at a few of their stats. (Tebow - 35 games vs Young - 60 Games).
Wins/Loses
Tebow: 8-6 (75%)
Young: 31-19 (61%)
Passing Yards
Tebow: 2422 (yds per catch - 14)
Young: 8964 (yds per catch – 11.9)
Completion %
Tebow: 47.9%
Young: 57.9%
TD/INT
Tebow: 17/9
Young: 46/51
Career rushing yards
Tebow: 989 (12 TD)
Young: 1459 (12 TD)
So as I said, just for fun...... who's better?
