This became official when your Houston Texans lost to New England a few days ago. Pardon me for not getting it posted sooner.
The Houston Texans have the 27th pick of the first round in the 2013 NFL Draft. That won't happen until Thursday, April 25, 2013, so there's plenty of time to debate who the Texans' selection should be. Now that we don't have to worry about pesky things like postseason football (FEELS LIKE HOME!), we can argue about the draft until the cows come home.
