Given the injury to Posey and the time it may take for him to fully recover, I would say part of me would like us take a receiver in the first round. Part of me would like to see an upgrade on the right side of the O-Line. Still another part of me knows Shaun Cody is not getting it done at nose tackle and that needs addressing as well. Imagine Watt and Smith at work with a beast in the middle on the D-Line. What is needed at the moment now more than anything, I suppose, is an inside linebacker. Two things: If Te'o falls because of this fake girlfriend debacle, should we take him? Sure he played like crap in the championship, but I can't help but feel a tingle in my loin imagining him and Cushing together. The other, if we choose to pass on him (assuming he falls) the better ILB's who may have been available to us, i.e. Alec Ogletree or Kevin Minter are likely to be off the board by the time it's our pick. Would that change anything?
