Can Matt Schaub be an effective leader in 2013-14? I'm a big fan of his, but I feel like signing another quarterback just in case would be a good cushion just in cause Matt continues his decline. Which QBs would be good/available? I feel like Alex Smith would be a great option, as Kaepernick's definitely starting next season. A.J. McCarron might be a great, great pick if he doesn't go by 27, which he probably will.
