When confronted with the NFL offseason, a team must choose where it'll pursue help for a given position. Which positions should the Texans look to strengthen via free agency as opposed to the draft?

Despite coming off the best season in franchise history, your Houston Texans have plenty of room for improvement. New starters are needed at certain positions, and additional depth is needed at others. Absent a player or two currently on the roster making a leap from 2012 to 2013, the Texans have two avenues to improvement--free agency and the 2013 NFL Draft.
