Texans Mock Draft - TELL ME WHAT YA THINK

1 (ILB) Alec Ogletree - Extremely hard hitter, incredible coverage skills, and some ability to rush the QB.

2 (OT) Oday Aboushi - Great pass-block skills, and solid run-blocker. Probably the best zone blocking OT in the draft.

3 (TE) Joseph Fauria - An absolute red zone beast at 6'7 who had 11 TDs last year. Much needed w/ our horrible red zone TD% this year. Did much better in '12 at blocking and should only get better.

3 (Compensatory) (WR) Marquise Goodwin - I didnt believe we would take a WR in this draft, at least not early on, but after Posey's industry I guess we will have to. Goodwin has some speed we need and between he and Martin we can take Manning out of the return duties to keep him healthy.

4 (DT) Larry Black Jr. - Had a knack for making plays behind the line of scrimmage and collapsing the pocket. Reminds me of Watt in that he never gives up on the play.

5 (RB) Stefphon Jefferson or Marcus Lattimore - Jefferson is a great pick here and I think is a huge sleeper. Has fresh legs after starting only 1 year and has great speed/strength balance.

If Lattimore is still here I say we have to take him. We are only drafting a RB because Tate could easily leave after next season and this would give Lattimore more than a year to fully recover.

6 (S) Ray Ray Armstrong - I could support taking Mathieu in the 3rd/4th but I realize it'd be a huge risk and HOU isn't likely to take a guy that high w/ off field/character issues…but if RayRay is still here in the 6th, which is very probable after not playing in 2012 I say we take a chance. He did still end up graduating this year so he's not a complete idiot. Taking he and Lattimore in the 5th/6th could end up making this a special draft for us!
