Schaub's body is ready. - Bob Levey

The first quarter is in the books. Here is your open thread for the second quarter.

Your Houston Texans look more like the team who started the season than the one who ended it as they have gotten out to an early 3-0 lead over the Cincinnati Bengals in their playoff-opening Wild Card match-up.

The much-maligned offensive line has opened up the lanes for Arian Foster and kept Matt Schaub clean. Schaub's been able to find four different receivers on three offensive drives, so he's not just locked into Andre Johnson. Defensively, A.J Green has been kept quiet in the first quarter, thanks to Johnathan Joseph, and J.J. Watt already has a tackle and a sack. Connor Barwin even has a monster tackle for a loss, so it's not a one-man show.

The only score is a 48-yard Shayne Graham field goal, but the Texans are currently driving and deep into Cincinnati territory after a first down run by Schaub. Yes, Matt Schaub has run twice for positive yards and a first down. Let the comments here your playoff wit and wisdom.
