I am trying to change the dynamic at my job to more of a team first approach. First off let me say that our hierarchy is very unconventional. Basically there are 4 full time employees and 3 of us are the mangers. So when issues arise between the three of us who are basically equals neither arguing partys really outrule the other. To make it even worse our pay is based off sales so we need to keep the peace to make the most money collectively, and individually. So egos run high and we are all very competitive and I feel it has become counter productive. So I am trying to take the lead and help get us more on a team first mindstate. I would love any advice that anyone can offer to help me achieve this. Thanks in advance.
