Well, if accurate, this would qualify as bad news:
UPDATE: Arian Foster is OUT for Sunday's game against the Browns.
— Jayson Braddock (@JaysonBraddock) November 14, 2014
Although no other outlet is reporting this yet, it should be noted that Jayson Braddock was out in front of everyone on the Kareem Jackson injury news a couple of weeks ago. Thus, while I'd certainly suggest waiting for confirmation before tearing your hair out, this news is not coming from a wholly unproven source.
Assuming Braddock's report is on the money, this is disastrous for the Texans. Arian Foster has been Houston's most consistent and excellent offensive player, and there is obviously a precipitous dropoff from him to Alfred Blue. Additionally, Ryan Mallett has never started a game in the NFL before, and this is what the weather looked like in Cleveland today:

Not exactly a promising development for a Texans victory on Sunday.
UPDATE: For what it's worth, Bill O'Brien says no decision on Foster's availability will be made until Sunday.
UPDATE II: The team has confirmed that Arian Foster is in fact out for the Browns game tomorrow.
