Saturday Night's Alright For Commenting: BRB Open Thread (03/01/14)

"I once caught a fish this big." - Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

What's on your mind on this first Saturday of March? Talk about it in Battle Red Blog's weekly open thread (S.N.O.T. to its friends).

February has given way to March, which means the NFL Draft inches closer. Not as close as it once was, what with the league moving the proceedings from April to May 8th and all. That means we've got additional time to calmly and rationally discuss why Teddy Bridgewater would be an exceptional pick for your Houston Texans, whereas Johnny Manziel's arrival in Houston would surely herald that the End Times are upon us.

Talk about your Houston Texans, the 2014 NFL Draft, who the good guys should target in free agency, the Rockets' current place in the Western Conference pecking order, the chances of the Astros winning more than 65 games this season, parmesan crusted chicken, your favorite beer of the moment, vacation recommendations, or whatever else is on your mind this evening. It doesn't have to be football-related. This thread is what you make of it.

Take it away in the Comments and talk about whatever's on your mind. It's an open forum, though the community guidelines are always in effect, so use your good judgment in what you post for public consumption.
