Did A.J. Bouye Pick Up $11k Dinner Tab For Fellow DBs?

From A.J. Bouye's Twitter feed. This is how you celebrate the holidays! Notice the $4,600 worth of Louis XIII, which amounts to 28 one-ounce shots according to Johnathan Joseph's Instagram account. Outrageous.

I saw this originally on SoTT and thought it was worth sharing.

The "smh" caption from the link is as telling as it is brief. I'm surprised that fellow rookie D.J. Swearinger wasn't forced to split it with him.

I Want To Believe...

I want to believe you're the answer, Case.
I want to believe that with the Titans and Colts losing, we still have a chance to turn this season around.
I want to believe you're the next Kurt Warner.
I want to believe!

Beer Bottle > Beer Can

Raise your hand if you're old enough to remember this gem. I'd pick the Beer Bottle over the Beer Can right now.

Case Keenum Sets NFL Passer Rating Record Through Two Games

Officially, Keenum ended the game with a 10.3 YPA and 123.4 pass rating to, respectively, tie and break the records you see above. Picture is via Reddit. Discuss!

J.J. Watt Handing Out Halloween Candy

I suppose he hasn't yet boarded up his windows and built a fence around his house to keep back the flesh-hungry hoardes of mindless fans that seem to be attracted to him.

Found this via Reddit Texans.

It's been a tough season... here's a little pick-me-up

Thanks to Caradryan for posting this in the Comments.

I felt it needed some attention while we're neck-deep in a 2-5 season. This may or may not get deleted by Tim, so enjoy!

JJ Watt Addresses the Media

“Kansas City has been playing some very good football this year. Obviously this is a huge opportunity for us to go up on the road in a tough environment against a very good football team who’s obviously undefeated in the AFC, get ourselves some momentum heading into the bye week, get ourselves back on track. And we’re looking to do that. Their quarterback’s been playing really well. Obviously the coaching staff’s done a heck of a job. Hear nothing but good things about the environment. But for us, from our standpoint, our fans don’t’ want to hear about how we’re going to fix it. They don’t want to hear me stand up here and tell them anything. They don’t want to hear the words I have to say, they just want to see results. I fully understand that. All I can do is go to work. All we can do as a team is go to work. That’s what we’re going to do. Words don’t win games, work does. I’ll be on the practice field working. Watching the film, working. That’s all I can do, that’s all we can do as a team. Apologize for the concise statement and the lack of answering questions but that’s all I can do. Honestly. I don’t have words for y’all. Just work. I’m just going to work. Like I said, fans want results. That’s what I’m going to try to give them. Hopefully I answer all your questions with my play on the field. If there’s any further questions I’ll see y’all Sunday after the game.” From the Mothership:

So I had some fun on MS Paint today.

Accurately represents what I want from the rest of the season.

Protect yourself against mayhem.

I'm the soul crusher who gift wraps points for the opponent. You thought you could trust me to manage the game, but then I said "I can do so much more than manage. I can cause mayhem." And I did, to the tune of record-setting pick 6's and more fetal positions than the Duggar family's kids. So do yourself a favor, and protect yourself from mayhem. Like me.
