USA Today Texans Preview

An Accurate preview, but nothing ground breaking. I'm just starved for any Football related news right now! Training camp cant get here soon enough. I'm bored =(

It doesn't help that the Astros are out of contention right now either. Although I'll never count them out, but our pitching sucks.

New Texan's safety Nick Ferguson is all class

He was classy as a Bronco, and it looks like nothing has chnaged. He is tight with the Smithiak but he has never ceased to play with all his effort. In Denver he went to the sideline after Hamza Abdullah stepped up and played well, and when Lynch got hurt, Ferg came back in withou any ado and in two games recovered a fumble at the goalline to save one and deflected a pass to save another. I don't know if he will stick with your team, but as stopgaps go, he is solid.

D. Walker a Cougar!

There's a new "Wednesday's With Walker" video up on the Texans web site and apparently D. Walker has been going to classes at U of H during the offseason. I'm a Cougar alumn, so I found it pretty funny to see him hanging out at the UC and playing NFL Blitz. He plays the piano as well, but can he make the Team this Year ?? I guess we'll see.

USA Today has us ranked at 15 in the preseason power rankings, right where we were at the end of the season. I think thats reasonable. His comment states we have to win in division, you'll get no argument from me there.

"Texans owner Bob McNair recently told PFW that CB Dunta Robinson, who suffered knee and hamstring injuries last November, is likely to be out until midseason."

Hi All

1st time on this site, all the way from Limerick, Ireland. I'm a Texan fan by choice follow the NFL online and on tv, Never been to Texas but started really enjoying NFL after the expansion Draft So had to be a Texan. I have a feeling i might be the longest distance fan here but I plan to visit reliant asap. Anyway just saying Dia duit(hi) and Go Texans - we're gonna make the playoffs this year. Mario Rules!
