Now I know we showed that we can play with a team bound for the playoffs... but that's not good enough. The Browns have receivers, and they have a running back who can pick up yardage when it counts. I get that. What about us?

We stayed with them but not when it counted. Our beloved team needs to find itself. We have tried to established a defensive identity, but we still are having problems with the crucial third down stops.

I hate to say, but Owen Daniels turnover was the turning point of the game. He seems to fumble ALOT. I love his tenacity, I love how he can get the first down when he needs, but damn it all if he keeps turning it over.

The season isn't over... I need our boys to win another two games to have my bet pays off (a lunch at Alamo Pizza). I still believe we can be better than .500.

Please, let it be.

You're absolutely right. OD's fumble at the CLE 22, when Houston was marching and only down 7, was the turning point of the game.

That's two in two weeks. He needs to invest in stick 'um.

Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

More soberer this time

O.D. --- Man what can I say? How can you not love a guy who gets his beak broke on his first catch of the day, gets it popped back into place, then comes back to finish the day with 5 and 75. He's definatley a part of what's right with our team... but all the same, there needs to be accountability.

His other fumbles have come in eventual wins, thereby making this one his most costly to date. Now, is it just me, or are his fumbles carbon copies of eachother. Every one of them seems to go to review with him losing the ball as he hits the turf. They aren't the kind of fumbles where he gets careless running with the ball, but it seems as if he gets loose as he's going to the ground. I'm no super genius, but I think that's something that can be fixed.

Turnovers continue to plague this team... and we won't be right until we stop racking our nuts everytime over the fence.

Shakin 'em off one win at a time... In Schaub we trust.

Agreed, it's something he can fix. The fumble today was tough as he was hit from behind, but you'll notice how low he's carrying the ball. He needs to tuck it higher and into his body, and I think that will solve his fumblitis.
