I'm going to have a few more beers in the hopes that I find a silver lining. My first response, however, is not positive at all. The Falcons were the better team. Our Texans were outplayed and outcoached in every sense of the word(s). Without a doubt, easily the worst performance of the young season. Final box score is here.
Congrats to Atlanta; they absolutely deserved the win.

- Steve McKinney was a huge loss. He may have been more important to the team than Andre
- The play calling sucked. Way too conservative. And if you keep getting stuffed trying to pound the ball between the tackles, why not try something else
- Our secondary is so weak, Phillip Buchanan would look right at home
