In a move that will make many long-time Houston football fans happy, Matthews re-signed with the Texans after interviewing with the Dallas Cowboys.
Vance Joseph comes to us from San Francisco. I don't know anything about him, but I do like Greg Manusky, who apparently thinks highly of Joseph.
