"As an exclusive rights free agent, Foster will receive $525,000, a $45,000 raise under the new collective bargaining agreement."
Whew. It had been a few days since we mentioned Scrabble around here. I was starting to get worried people might forget about him.

Well, that would be a bad thing, Martha, seeing free agency has not yet started, and this might be considered tampering. Rumor-mongering says that Sims-Walker carries a wee bit of baggage, so I'll admit he doesn't excite me, though I'm not a'gin him, either. Maybe a Glitter Kitties fan would like to give an opinion? h/t rotoworld.com
Wal-Mart has finally won! One of us! One of us! One of us!

According to Pancakes, a new deal is done. No details yet, will update when the numbers are available. UPDATE: Per Schefter, the deal is 4 years $22 Million. UPDATE 2: Per Adam Caplan of FOX Sports, $14 Million of it will be paid the first two seasons. Anyone like this deal? I don't. UPDATE 3: Pancakes is now reporting the deal has $6 Million guaranteed.
We are thrilled to announce that the Broncos have agreed to terms on a new four-year contract with cornerback Champ Bailey.

Champ Bailey was one of the favorite prospective free agent signees for the Texans in the offseason, but the veteran corner back has elected to stay in Denver. A move like this gives even more credence to Rivers' assertion that the Texans should be looking at a safety like OJ Atogwe now.
Chris Ogbonnaya leads the list. As he should, being a Horn and all.
