Houston's philosopher king updates us as to his calf strain, rehab plan, diet, and the rumors of a Vonta Leach return.

He's expecting the full go-ahead from Dr. James Andrews next month, which would mean Cushing should be a full participant in training camp.

That calf strain is perhaps a bigger deal than originally thought. Or maybe the Texans are just being extra careful.
