According to Anna Megan, Frank Okam is no longer with the team. Have to say I'm just as surprised it took this long as I am about when it has happened.
More details as they emerge.
UPDATE: Here are the details from Berman:
The Houston Texans released defensive tackle Frank Okam Monday and added two players to the roster and one to the practice squad. The Texans signed free agent defensive tackle Damione Lewis who spent his first five years in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams and the next four seasons with the Carolina Panthers.
He went to camp in 2010 with the New England Patriots, but was released prior to the season opener. He owns 22.5 career quarterback sacks.
The Texans also signed free agent linebacker Stanford Keglar who spent his first two seasons in the league with the Tennessee Titans. The Texans added defensive end Tim Jamison, who was with the team last year and in training camp in 2010, to the practice squad.
