The Return for Moving Down

Tim and I have mentioned on several occasions that moving from #8 to #10-#14 would seem to be an attractive possibility for Rick Smith to consider.  What would the expected return be?  According to one NFL Draft Value Chart, this downward move would earn the Texans anywhere from 100 (if they moved to #10) to 300 (if they moved to #14) points.  This particular chart values a the #8 to #10 swap as earning a high fourth round pick in return, whereas the #8 to #14 move would in theory earn the Texans a late second round pick in return.  Mark me down for making a move like this if the return is a mid 3rd round pick or better.
