Answer: Neither one is headed to jail anytime soon. As fans will recall, the Texans offensive lineman ran afoul of the Houston Police Department a couple of months back. If a grand jury wouldn't even indict Pitts, it's fairly clear that this may well have been the misunderstanding Pitts proclaimed it to be. In any event, it's comforting to know that Chester won't be seeing The Sisters in the immediate future.
