After 15 minutes of game action at Reliant Stadium, your Houston Texans lead the Buffalo Bills 7-0 in this ninth week of NFL play.
If you want some good news then I will gladly tell you that the entire Houston defensive line, Antonio Smith, J.J. Watt, Shaun Cody, Earl Mitchell, and Jared Crick, has all played incredibly well early on. The hands are up, they are stuffing runs, and all around making their presence felt.
There were early frustrations with special teams penalties and a rare Duane Brown allowed sack, but those early frustrations were all erased with a beautiful 39-yard bootleg strike from Matt Schaub to Owen Daniels - both of whom continue their Pro Bowl level play. The touchdown was Daniels' fifth of the season which ties a career high...in week 9.
Kick back, grab that next set of ribs/wings/beer, and enjoy the second quarter.
