With The Second Pick Of The 2012 BRB Mock Draft, The Washington Redskins Select...

Get ready for a shocker. For real. Travis Roggatz is about to blow your mind with this pick.

Robert Griffin III (QB--Baylor).

No surprise here. The 'Skins essentially gave up the farm to move up in the draft to select Griffin, sending 3 first round picks and a second round pick to the Rams. The move, while costly, will be very fruitful for the Redskins, as they acquire a game-changing QB and the future face of the franchise.

Griffin is a special talent at QB. At 6'2", he has the size NFL teams are looking for. He runs a 4.41 40, making him a QB who can bust a huge play at any given moment. He also has great arm strength, allowing him to make all the throws. RG3 is a very intelligent young man, appearing on Baylor's Dean's List twice, earning his degree in 3 years, and currently studying to earn his Master's degree in communications. Griffin has the intelligence and work ethic to learn how to become a great QB in the NFL.

The Redskins have long lacked a franchise quarterback; the only recent name even resembling a franchise QB was Jason Campbell. RG3 changes that immediately. The 'Skins now have their man, and he has the ability and skills to take the NFL by storm.

Some of you may accuse me of slightly exagerrating the surprise factor. That's not fair. I honestly thought the Skins were going Norm Snead here.

The Vikings are now on the clock.
