Gary Kubiak had his usual Monday afternoon press conference today. We'll get a post with the full transcript up later, but perhaps the most pressing issue was the status of Matt Schaub. Schaub was injured in yesterday's loss to the Rams and didn't return. What's the latest on Schaub's health and the chances he'll be ready to play the Chiefs on Sunday? Twitter says:
Gary Kubiak said Matt Schaub getting injections in his injured leg & ankle but thinks they got "a little bit lucky."

Gary Kubiak said a decision on Matt Schaub would be end of the week. In the meantime he will prepare both TJ Yates & Case Keenum for Sunday.

#Texans will prepare T.J. Yates and Case Keenum to start this week. Matt Schaub will be an end of week decision vs. Chiefs. #NFL

If Schaub can't go on Sunday, my money's on T.J. Yates getting the starting nod over Case Keenum. In the meantime, here's hoping Matt Schaub has a speedy recovery.
