In order "to accommodate regional broadcast patterns," the NFL announced this morning that kickoff of the Texans-Chiefs game in Week Seven has been moved from 12 p.m. CDT to 3:25 p.m. CDT on Sunday, October 20th.
If you were planning to travel from Houston to Kansas City for the game and were hoping to catch that last Southwest flight out of KC at 7:10 p.m., you've got three choices: (1) Leave for the airport after the first half; (2) cancel your trip entirely; or (3) spend another evening in beautiful Kansas City, Missouri (with the added bonus of having to pay for another night of lodging and any difference in the airfare).
Revise your calendars accordingly.
