The season is shaping up pretty nicely with the contenders separating from the pretenders. Unfortunately, it looks like our beloved Houston Texans are grouping up with the latter. That doesn't mean I can't pick them to win this week after another dosage of some Case Keenum magic. Is he our Tim Tebow? Can he deliver us a playoff berth against all odds?
I don't know. Whatever happens, I'm going to enjoy the ride.

Survival League Pick: Carolina Panthers
With Jacksonville on their much-needed bye week, we're forced to look elsewhere this week for the survival league. I'm going with Carolina. I overestimated what Matt Ryan could do without his top 2 targets, and now he's up against a very powerful, very balanced Carolina squad on the road. It's dangerous to bet on divisional games, but I'm feeling confident in this one.
