Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith was fined $15,750 for a roughing the passer penalty he drew on Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Add that nearly sixteen grand to Smith's tab this season. It hasn't been an inexpensive campaign for the Ninja Assassin as he prepares to enter unrestricted free agency in a few months.
