Late last night, I got this tweet:

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the highly athletic Ogletree has run afoul of the law. He was arrested and charged with the theft of a Georgia track athlete's motorcycle helmet Sept. 3, 2010, and was suspended for the first game of his collegiate career.
Ogletree was again suspended this year, this time for four games, after he and former teammate Baccari Rambo reportedly failed drug tests.
Based purely on film study, our own Brett Kollmann wasn't that high on Alec Ogletree, and it's fair to wonder whether Ogletree's past indiscretions would have already removed him from Houston's board. Does his recent arrest for DUI--so close to the NFL Combine--change your opinion on Ogletree one way or the other? If you ever did, do you still want to see him in steel blue, battle red, and liberty white, especially with a first round pick?
