The 2013 NFL Draft comes to a close today, but not before your Houston Texans make five (maybe more, maybe less; who knows whether Rick Smith will trade?) more picks in the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh rounds. The official BRB open thread for the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft will post promptly at 10:45 a.m. CDT.
