Schaub wins! Mrs. Schaub, that is.
Mrs. Schaub picked Orb in the 139th annual running of the Kentucky Derby, Orb was the winner as the 5-to-1 favorite. Matt's choice was Goldencents, a horse owned by Rick Pitino and the horse in the eighth post position. See what Schaub did there?

Watt strikes again.
2012 NFL Defensive Player of the Year J.J. Watt took to Twitter to talk about some old-school television last night. "Full House," "Boy Meets World," "Saved by the Bell," and "Home Improvement" were on the docket. I forget that Watt is only 24, and spent much of the same after-school time watching these classic shows. What was your favorite TV show growing up?

Carr? Carr? Where have I heard that name before?
SBNation's Dan Kadar profiled the 2014 quarterback draft class. There were a few obvious names - Bridgewater, Murray, Boyd, McCarron, and Manziel. One other name caught my eye, Derek Carr of Fresno State. Carr from Fresno State, I feel like I've heard that story before?
Derek Carr, Fresno State: At the end of a stellar junior season, Carr faltered some in his bowl game. But he has a picture-perfect release. He gets the ball out quickly and has good size. Carr throws a nice deep pass and can execute on designed roll outs. Carr requires a clean pocket because he has trouble with pressure.
Must be tough for Derek to overcome his brother's shadow. Was David Carr a talented quarterback destroyed by a terrible offensive line, or an average NFL quarterback who was never going to break through? The questions of David will be passed on to Derek, rightly or wrongly. The question is, will Derek be any different as an NFL quarterback then his brother?

Can't talk your way out of this one.
Chris Kluwe, the outspoken punter of the Minnesota Vikings, has been cut. This is news because of Kluwe's boisterous position on same-sex marriage and his protest for Ray Guy. I'm more interested to see where Kluwe goes from here. Full-time spokesperson? Attempt to return for a ninth NFL season?

Stadium shell game.
The weekend has been filled with news about NFL stadiums. First, there was the news of the failed bond for the Dolphins' stadium. Dolphins CEO Mike Dee stated, "The Dolphins are one of the only franchises in the NFL that don't have a long-term lease with their community." Miami should look at Houston's recent past to see what happens when an owner is high and mighty.
