2013 Houston Texans Training Camp: Arian Foster To Return Sunday?

Though he started training camp on the PUP List, it seems that Arian Foster is nearing a return to action. Gary Kubiak said it could be as soon as Sunday.

"We’re hoping Arian’s a participant in practice on Sunday," Kubiak said. "We’ll see how he does."

Upon his return, don't expect to see too much of Foster anyway; Kubes will protect him as best he can, and the Texans need to find out which RB will stake a claim to third on the depth chart behind Foster and Ben Tate. To that end, I would be surprised if Arian Foster played more than a few snaps, if any, when the Texans take on the Vikings in the first preseason game next Friday night.
