Today, the Houston Texans will announce the 14 men who will be released from the roster as they have to drop down to 75, per the NFL's rules. The Antonio Smith suspension means that the Texans are technically at 89 as of now.
At 3:23 pm Houston time, the Texans have not officially disclosed any cuts to the media. According to ESPN's Tania Ganguli, that'll change quickly.
#Texans have started the process of cuts but Kubiak won't disclose until he's talked to all the players.

Ganguil's also Jenny-on-the-Spot because she's the first reporter to break any news on released players.
FB Zach Boren among the first cuts. Had a steep uphill climb given the numbers. #Texans

Boren's chances at making the roster were slim with the arrival of free agent Greg Jones. Jones has lived up to his physical reputation and thus Boren, the free agent rookie from Ohio State, is left to try and catch on with another team.
Check back often as we'll update this post with more player release news as it becomes available.
