PUT YOUR NAME ON IT: The Final Projection For The Houston Texans' 53-Man Roster

We've been tilting at windmills for weeks about how the Texans' first 53-man roster for the 2013 regular season will look. Now that the preseason's in the books, here's one fan's guess. Memorialize your best estimate with other Texans fans, too.

Yes, Case is making the team.

Additional thoughts:

1. I hated leaving Cierre Wood off the roster, and you know the Texans will too. Wood was fantastic last night and looks like he's a great fit for the Texans' offensive scheme. I just can't see a way that Kubes chooses Wood over Karim. If the Texans are truly scared that he'll get picked up by someone else (and they should be), they'll carry four RBs.  That could happen.

2. If camp performance was truly the chief indicator of whether a player should make the team, neither Sam Montgomery or Trevardo Williams would make the cut. But both of those guys are young. No matter how shaky each looked, there's no way the Texans are giving up on either of them.

3.  I've got Brennan Williams on the final 53, yet it would not surprise me at all if he was placed on IR.

4.  Someone will have to go as soon as Antonio Smith returns after serving his suspension for the season opener.  Not sure who that will be, but I will say that I would not be projecting Roc Carmichael to make the team if I didn't have Antonio Smith's slot available for Week One.
