In about 30 minutes from now, owner Bob McNair will usher in a new era of Houston Texans football at a press conference formally announcing that the Texans have hired Bill O'Brien as their new head coach. Bill O'Brien seems diametrically opposite of Gary Kubiak in so many ways, and it's going to be fascinating watching him develop as an NFL head coach.
