Thursday night games this year started off fairly lame. Week 1, Seattle put away a good Green Bay squad pretty easily in the second half. Baltimore pounded a middling Pittsburgh squad Week 2, and Atlanta blew up the miserable Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3.
Let's not talk about Week 6's game.
Last week, New England held off the feisty New York Jets thanks to a last minute blocked field goal blocked by former Texan Chris Jones.
Two of the best quarterbacks face off against each other this week as Adrian Phillips and the San Diego Chargers face nobody important on the Denver Broncos.
Join us for tonight's open thread, and since I'm doing almost all the open threads this weekend, consider this to be Pants Free Weekend. Usual open thread rules apply, so be kind to each other. Use of the blog may cause dystopia, ennui, and will almost definitely leave a mark.
I didn't even need to finish with "Flanders sucks" a bunch of times. That almost makes me sad.
